Miss Ivy is a sweet 5 year old girl who loves the company of her human, but is also very independent. Ivy is a sensitive and shy girl, but once she knows she is in a safe space, she will be eager to give you love and affection. Her favorite places to sleep are under the bed or in a closet, and on the cat tree basking in the sun. Ivy loves to sit on your lap while you’re watching TV, lay by an open window, and play with toys (springs, strings, and catnip of course are her absolute favorites!). She also LOVES to be brushed and will start purring instantly. This girl is looking for a patient and loving adopter who will give her the time she needs to adjust to her new home. Ivy needs to be the only cat in the home, and she will do best with older kids and adults. She truly is a sweetie. We know you’ll fall in love with her!
