Meet Gideon, a very handsome young boy looking for his own loving, warm home. He is good with dogs, and loves to be with other cats and people. Gideon is truly stunning, with his luxuriously soft and velvety, perfectly solid black coat. He is shy but warms up. We found that within only a couple weeks our patience was rewarded with playfill rolls, lots of petting and love. Once comfortable, Gideon is very playful and will show off his amazing high leaps for you. He loves to be pet and brushed, and chats in little cute chirps when he wants love. He will roll over for belly rubs, curl up and rub against you to show his appreciation for your love and for providing a warm, safe home. From his foster parents: "Gideon was very shy at first but gentle and passive, he just wanted to be left alone while he adjusted. Then after only a couple weeks he became comfortable and started showing us his personality and he was amazingly sweet and loving. Even our most difficult cat just adores Gideon, and we think it's because of Gideon's sweet demeanor. He was a little scared at first of our dog, having never met one before but now all of the pets in the house get along great.
